Attorney Anna L. Elbroch

Anna Elbroch joined the firm in 2008. She has respresented hundreds of adult and juvenile clients in the New Hampshire courts.

Attorney Elbroch's tireless advocacy won her clients excellent results in both criminal and family court proceedings. She has also been active in coordinating treatment outside the court system, including rehabilitation and treatment programs, community service programs, and mentors.

Representation Focused on Children and Their Families

Attorney Elbroch focuses her practice almost exclusively on juvenile delinquency case (criminal cases involving persons age 16 and under), Children in Need of Services cases (CHINS), abuse and neglect proceedings, termination of parental rights cases, and other family court matters. She is also a certified Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), representing the best interests of children in divorce and other matters.

Attorney Elbroch has attended numerous national and state trainings on trial preparation, adolescent brain development, conferences on juvenile defense and drug court, including the Juvenile Defender Leadership Summits in 2006 and 2007. She has also trained and been a resource to lawyers across New Hampshire in the area of juvenile justice.

A Commitment to Juvenile Justice

Attorney Elbroch is a graduate of Boston College Law School and the University of New Hampshire, where she majored in Honors Psychology. As a law student, she participated in the school’s Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project and the Criminal Justice Clinic.

Attorney Elbroch currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Juvenile Defender Center and is on the Advisory Committee for the Rockingham County Big Brother Big Sister program. For information about the first annual New England Juvenile Defender Center Training click here.

She is also a member of the Seacoast Regional Framework for Collaboration, a team of professionals working on institutional and policy issues that affect juveniles in the justice and protection systems.
