10th Circuit Court - Seabrook (formerly the Hampton District Court)

In 2005, the Hampton District Court moved from its historic location at the Old Grammar School in Hampton, New Hampshire where the court had been housed for over 55 years. In 2011, as a result of a major restructuring of the New Hampshire district and family courts, the Hampton District Court was formally re-named the 10th Circuit Court, District Division, Seabrook. The Court is located in Seabrook, New Hampshire at 130 Ledge Road (for directions, click here).

The court hears cases from 5 NH towns: Hampton (including Hampton Beach), Hampton Falls, North Hampton, South Hampton and Seabrook. It also hears State Police matters for criminal and motor vehicle charges in that area.

The district court is just a short drive from our offices in neighboring Exeter.
